Day 01 TOKYO
Arrive in Toyo-Japan’s bustling capital city. Meeting and assistance upon arrival. Later transfer to your hotel (check in after 12 noon).
Day 02 TOKYO
A full day tour of Tokyo will take you to Meiji Shrine was founded in 1921 to enshrine the Emperor and Empress Meiji. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office located in Shinjuku-ku has observatories on the 45th Floor for a panoramic view of skyline of Tokyo. The Imperial Palace is the main residence of the Emperor of Japan (not open to public to visit inside). Asakusa Kannon temple - Senso-ji is an ancient Buddhist temple located in Asakusa. Ginza, a neon-lit district in Chuo-ku, is one of the most famous downtown areas in Japan.
Day 03 TOKYO
A full tour of Mt. Fuji and Hakone National Park will take you by a cable car from Hakone National park for panoramic view of Mount Fuji. Enjoy the Owakudani Boiling valley – a volcanic valley with its volcanic smokes in Hakone. Cruise on Lake Ashi, a beautiful caldera formed by outer crate ridge and inner volcanoes.
Day 04 TOKYO - KYOTO
This morning transfer to Tokyo train station to board super fast bullet train –Shinkansen to Kyoto. Arrive in Kyoto and proceed on a tour of Kyoto visiting Nishiki market, Yasaka Shrine and Kodaiji temple. Later transfer to hotel by subway.
Day 05 KYOTO
A full day tour of Kyoto visiting Kinkakuji temple, Nijo castle, Ryoanji temple, Old Gion district, famous for its Geisha houses.
Day 06 KYOTO
Full day free in Kyoto for an OPTIONAL day return trip by bullet train to see the Hiroshima memorial (cost of optional trip is US $ 490 per person) or simply enjoy, at your own pace, exploring this cultural and historical city of Japan.
Day 07 KYOTO - NARA - OSAKA
Morning depart for Osaka via Nara by coach/car. Visit Todaiji temple and Kasuga Grand shrine in Nara. Todai-ji is a Buddhist temple complex located in the city of Nara. Regarded as messengers of the gods in the Shinto religion, roam the grounds freely. Arrive and check in at the hotel.
Day 08 OSAKA
This morning tour of Osaka will take you to Osaka Castle and Dotonbori shopping district. The Osaka Castle was built in the end of the 16th century by Toyotomi Hideyoshi, a well-known warlord who brought the whole country under his rule in the late 16th century. Dotonbori is a large scale downtown area along the south bank of the Dotonborigawa Canal. The Umeda Sky Building is the seventh-tallest building in Osaka City, Japan, and one of the city's most recognizable landmarks.
Day 09 OSAKA ONWARD JOURNEY
Transfer to airport for your onward flight.
