Day 01 : Delhi
Arrive Delhi. Welcome and assistance upon arrival at the airport. Later transfer to hotel.

Day 02: Delhi
Morning free to relax and adjust to the time zone. Afternoon visit one of the Buddhist Culture center.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 03: Delhi - Varanasi
After breakfast at the hotel transfer to airport for flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival transfer to hotel. Afternoon visit Sarnath - a place where Lord Buddha first preached his sermon. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 04: Varanasi - Bodhgaya
Early morning sunrise boat cruise over holy river Ganges will take you to its famous bathing ghats where hundreds of pilgrims can be seen cleansing their souls by taking a holy dip. Also visit its burning ghats where bodies are cremated after performing the last rites according to ancient Hindu customs.

After lunch drive to Bodhgaya ( Apprx.7 hours) .Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 05: Bodhgaya
After breakfast at the hotel full day visit to Bodhgaya a place where Lord Buddha entered a state of mediation under the 'Bodhi' tree (banyan tree) and attained Nirvana (the enlightenment). On the walls of Mahabodhi temple, one can see images of Lord Buddha in different aspects. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 06: Bodhgaya - Rajgir
After breakfast at the hotel drive to Rajgir ( Apprx.5 hours) .Upon arrival check in at hotel.

Visit Rajgir - a sacred town to all Buddhist where Lord Buddha meditated and preached on the Hill, Karanda Tank where Lord Buddha would bathe, seven hot springs where Lord Buddha for its healing powers. Also visit the ancient Nalanda University founded in the fifth century B.C. Ancient Buddhist texts revelas that Lord Buddha studied here. A Chinese travel Heum Tsang, who spent several years at this University wrote about this great seat of learning. Visit the Archaeological museums. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 07: Rajgir - Vaisahli - Patna
After breakfast at the hotel drive to Patna ( Apprx. 5 hours ) via Vaishali - A place where Lord Buddha visited frequently and during the last visit here told his disciplines that they would see him no more as he was to attain the Mahaparinirvana (the ultimate bliss). Visit the Buddhist stupas. Upon arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 08: Patna - Kushinagar
After breakfast at the hotel drive to Kushinagar ( Apprx.7hours) .Upon arrival check in at hotel. Afternoon city tour of Kushinagar where Lord Buddha breathed his last and attained Mahaparinirvana saying decay is inherent in all component things. Visit the Nirvana temple which enshrines a colossal statue of Lord Buddha in a reclining position. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 09 : Kushinagar - Lumbini - Balrampur
After breakfast at the hotel drive to Balrampur ( apprx.10 hours) via Lumbini .

Lumbini is the place where Lord Buddha was born. It is the place which should be visited and seen by a person of devotion and which should cause awareness and apprehension of the nature of impermanence. The birthplace of the Gautama Buddha, Lumbini, is the Mecca of every Buddhist.

Later drive to Balrampur. Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10: Balrampur - Sahetath - Lucknow
After breakfast at the hotel drive to Lucknow ( Apprx.5 hours) via Satehmath famous for Buddhist Stupas. Upon arrival check in at the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11: Lucknow - Delhi
Transfer to airport for flight to Delhi. Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: Delhi - Onward Destination
Transfer to airport flight to your onward destination. / Optional Extension tour.
