Please read the important terms and conditions and general information
contained in this brochure very carefully. Payment of deposit along with your
booking form and/or nal payment is an acknowledgment of receipt of these terms
and conditions and constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
TOUR DEPOSITS : a deposit of USD 500 per person is required at the
time of booking the tour. The .nal payment is due at least 90 days prior to
departure. If the reservation is made within 90 days before departure (subject
of availability of space on the tour), the entire tour price must be paid at
the time of reservation.
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT : our tour cost is per person based on sharing double/twin
room. A single room supplement as mentioned in the brochure will charge extra
if you are not sharing the room with another person.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND : A full refund of the advance deposit will be
made once the tour is cancelled within 7 days of reservation. Cancellation fee
of 25 percent of the tour cost will be charged if the cancellation has been
made between 90-60 days prior to departure. Cancellation fee of 50 percent of
the tour cost will be charged if the cancellation is made between 59-30 days
prior departure. Cancellation fee of 75 percent of the tour cost will be charged
if the cancellation has been made within 29- 04 days prior departure.
NO REFUND WILL BE ALLOWED : once the cancellation made within 03 days
prior to departure or for any unutilized services during the tour. Most of the
airfares are subject to different rules and cancellation fees and may carry
higher cancellation penalties or may be non-refundable, nonendorsable and non-reroutable.
All cancellations must be made by the tour participants in writing to our of.ce.
All refunds generally take 6-8 weeks to process.
TRAVEL INSURANCE : We strongly recommend that you obtain travel protection
insurance including but not limited to trip cancellation delays, loss of deposit,
medical expenses, loss of baggage and personal belongings, personal accidents
and death. You must contact directly any travel insurance company of you choice.
HEALTH REQUIREMENT : Health regulations for some countries may require proof
of inoculations and/or vaccination certi.cate to be carried with you at all
times throughout the entire tour. However you are strongly recommended to consult
with you personal physician in this regard.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS : All tour participants must be in possession of valid
passport and visa as required by the country of your visit. You passport must
be at least 6 months valid beyond the re-entry into the United States. Please
check all your visa requirements, passports, health certi.cates, etc are in
proper order at the time of booking. It is your personal responsibility for
obtaining and verifying that all your travel documents are in order.
AIRLINE BAGGAGE REGULATION : Please consult directly with your international
airline regarding the baggage allowance in economy class. Normally two checked
pieces of luggage per person from USA and back are allowed on international
carriers, not exceeding 70 pounds weight in each baggage. The domestic airlines
within the country of your visit usually allow only one piece of checked baggage,
not more than 44 pounds per person. It is your personal responsibility to pay
any excess baggage to the airline.
RESPONSIBILITY : Pollina Tours & Travel, Inc. and/or their agents give
notice that all tickets , vouchers and the coupons issued by them and all arrangements
for transportation or for conveyance or the hotel accommodation made by them
as AGENTS of the passenger upon the express condition that they shall not be
held liable for any injury, damage, loss , accident, delay or irregularity which
may be occasioned either by reason or defect of any vehicle, or through the
act or default of any person or company engaged in conveying or housing the
passengers or in connection therewith, or any of hotel proprietor or employee.
The operator/ or their agents can accept no responsibility for losses or incidental
expenses due to delay or change in schedule, hotel overbooking or default ,
sickness, death, weather, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses
will have to be borne by the passengers. Baggage is at owners risk throughout
the tour. Pollina Tours & Travel reserves the right to accept or reject
any person as a tour participants, to expel any tour participants from the tour,
to make changes in the itinerary whenever the company deems it is necessary
for comfort, safety and convenience of the participants of their Travel Agents.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
The transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any
act, omission, or events during the time passengers are not on board their carriers
and conveyance. The passengers contract in use by the carrier concerned when
issued shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation company
and the purchaser of these Tours/ and or passengers. Check in and Check out
time is 12 Noon. Sequence of the itinerary is subject to change due to circumstances
beyond our control.
